Default Trying to get a good cutting diet going: looking for critiques

Meal 1
-One Bowl Fiber one cereal
-Skim milk
-1 scoop 100% whey

Meal 2
-2 can tuna
-2T miracle whip free

PWO
-2 scoops 100% whey
-Skim Milk

Meal 4
-Chicken breast/steak/or fish
-Vegetables

Meal 5
-Fat Free Cottage Cheese

Supplements: -1 Flax seed tablet in the morning
-1 mens one a day active in the morning
-2 lipo6 in the morning and two prior to workout


As you can see this is a very raw eating plan, anyone that can help me critique it to amke it better I'd really appreciate it. I'm about 175lbs at 16%BF i really want to get down to like 7-9%BF
