I really don't want to hyjack the thread and go off topic on this. To me not reading posts is the same as having a group conversation and ignoring or talking over certain people. But it doesn't matter what I think so we should probably leave it as a difference of opinion.

Absolutely, X I saw that you did and I agree with what you are saying. I do the same thing all the time but I simply always try to acknowledge.

As far as you're being insentsitive that is not what I said. I simply disagree with your be a man advice and stated such. I've disagreed with you before and will probably do so in the future.

In an effort to get back on topic I will clarify what I was saying by stating that if someone was to experience chonic pain while squatting and continued to do so no matter what they tried...and if they gave it a proper amount of time and effort and it still didn't go away but when they used a pad that helped then I would say use a pad if that means the difference between squatting and not squatting.
