yeah i think the head aches are from my shoulder/trap problem. I've been streching those areas, but it hasnt subsided yet. Although it has gotten better.

psoas strecht? dont know what that is. I'll check out WS4bb and look into it. I

I havent used alcar in a few weeks. So I dont think its from that.
