1.when i train.....how manys days do i need wait before i should train the same muscle group again?
Depends on how much volume. What seems to work the best across the board for natural lifters is 2-3 days. The rule of thumb is the lower the volume, the greater the frequency.

Absolutely.

3.is it possibe to grow my arm 2 inches in a year?
Anything's possible..Since you just started lifting, I think you have a better chance than others who have been lifting weights for years. However, it's also largely genetics. Your mom and dad either gave you 20" arms or 15" arms.

im not happy with the growth of my arms.....i hit them hard with 6 set of 6 reps of 35lbs dumb bells and then 10 sets of 10 with 25lbs db 3 times a week
WAAY too much, which is why they aren't growing as big as you'd like. First of all, sets of 6 for your arms isn't enough..Shoot for 12-15 reps IMO (case dependant).. My arms got up to 19" (naturally) once I stopped doing all that direct arm work..What I mean is mine grew best when I was focusing more on heavy pulls (barbell rows, pullups, pulldowns, ect.). At that point I was only doing 2, maybe 3 sets of 15 reps as an afterthought.

My advice is to drop most of that curling routine.
