BTW, curling a 25 pound dumbbell is in NO way going to give you big arms. You need to focus your energy on strength, not volume. Also, your triceps make up 2/3 of your upper arm, so you also need to really focus on those as well.
Question, what's the weight you're benching, rowing with?
