And your already using all your weitght. Start working your triceps directly as 0311 said, if you aren't already, and you'll hopefully see some size from that. But you're not going to reach your goals without more weight.
I guess that explains why you're doing 16 total sets curls with 10 light weight sets. Thinking that if you add more and more volume you'll see growth that way? Doesn't work that way, I'm afraid.
