No I'm not really holding onto fat I'm just afraid of putting it on, but I'm going to up the cals with anything I got and if some fat comes no big after I gain I can just adjust the intake to where it was before and add cardio.
For workout days I get up at 7:30 take my stuff then head out to gym at 8. I go at 8 because its the least crowded time of the day. Since school got out I've been there once at like 11 and well it was packed. Also I have work on somedays could be 10 in the morning or noon or 5 in afternoon so I just like working out in mornings. That way if I come home tired from work I wont put off workingout.
Ill see about fish/flax oil. I work as stock man at k-mart
so I can get discounts on vits and other stuff.
