NO. I def. wouldn't do that. I don't believe in fat with pre/post workout meal. You wan't fast absorptionand fat slows things down. Some differ.
This is more of a general health thing. Take it 2 or 3 times a day with meals. At first you may want to drink plenty water with it until you get used to it. You can mix flax oil into shake if you want. You can do the same with olive oil although I usually just down a tablespoon.
