Day 5: Legs
Leg day, what can I say lol I finally came off of the smith machine for my squats even though I still dont have a training partner to spot me. I did a somewhat heavy set of 225 A2G for 3 reps, kind of a shitty squat if you ask me, but the form was perfect so I guess I'm making progress. Legs are still killing me today (Sunday)
