I got the legal gear I need but don't know how to use it.

Weight: 195
Body fat% I got a little flab, but my bike rides to work and back will take care of that. I'm pretty solid.
Training history: 12 years, since I was 14, wrestled in high school, lifted wheights seriously for about 5 years now.
Cycle history: Andro cycle when I was 19-good--, D-bol/winni_V only, cycle twice, in last few years, and it wasn't good.
Goals: Bulk up mostly, tone up as well. I get plenty of cardio. Hit the weights hard on my lunch break.
What I'm on right now,
testra flex, and methyl flex 2 weeks into it. going well, also take one dose of tribullus terrestrus a day. one to two winni-v lozenges a day. Wondering If I should throw Chrysin in the mix. Don't want to do a lot, just one dose of it a day, not sure if that's useless in only one dose a day. Same concern with the tribulus, that only one dose a day is useless. Going to throw in one
"1-AD" (1-androstenediol) a day starting next week.
Other than that I have a bottle of "Off Cycle" bottle and a half of D-bol, Still got the plenty of winni-v, stuff makes me a little crazy though, good for the gym, kinda weird for everything else. Got a bottle of "17-alpha oxo nolone" got a bottle and a half of chrysin. Got a bottle of "T-Bomb II". a bottle of Tribex as well.
Any advice for PCT with what I have? Any advice for what to do with that poutpouri of prohormones I have?
