Well the P.V. came in very handy after my matches and between that and my cardio training I was able to stay above the competition and be fresher than the others before the matches.

I would take about a scoop and a half after every match and by the second match I was feeling very good, the last match was very taxing but I was able to stay in there and pull out and get first place.

After all my matches were over, my arms were burning like no other. It felt like I did 5 sets of 21's and 100 dips.

After I was able to hold up the shaker to my face I downed more P.V. and in about 20-30 mins my arms started to feel a lot better.

The one thing I did notice is the next morning I was achy but my arms didn't hurt at all, I was just very exhausted. I will most definitely take this on ever competition to help stay fresh and help heal for the next day. I can only imagine what this would be like if I was taking this with CEE.
