would this be a good routine:
sunday- legs, shoulders, abs
monday-off
tuesday-biceps, back, abs
wednesday- chest, triceps
thursday-legs, shoulders, abs
friday-off
saturday-biceps, back, abs
sunday-chest, triceps

and so on...
