Yeah....You cannot be afraid of the weights. You cannot be tentative. If you learn the big compounds properly using weight you can handle they will make you or break you. Look at it this way: most of the big compounds are natural movements. They come closer to mimicking movements that you would do in everyday life, i.e. the instinctual most efficient way to get a job done, so there's nothing to be afraid of. But if you are afraid and tentative that is a good way to get injured. See what I mean?
