Oh, well. I'm not sure it matters. Your major proportions are are most likely going to stay. Meaning your legs will always be bigger. Squats will help your upper body grow as well, so you'd be shooting yourself in the foot not doing them. However, although your upper-body will prob. never catch up with your lower no matter what you do the difference can become less noticable as you force growth on your upper body.

One of the main things is to work the hell out of your back. A big broad back will go a long way toward creating a more even look...even if it's just an illusion. That means deadlifts, rows, and yes, squats as well.

And btw, a lot of people work their ass off to have big legs!

thanks for all the advices. To answer your question : both. Like you said I lot of people work their asses of but mine is a curse rather then a gift since its very unproportional. But yes a wide back would make a difference thanks for thinking that. Are wide grip pullups good for back also ? my research has told me they are...
