Yes that would work. Like everyone else said. Stick with the full body workouts and eat a lot of food and you will gain muscle. I've only been lifting a little over a year now and for like the first 6 months or so i was kinda doing a split routine high volume low weight because I wasn't too strong and I got stronger but in the past 6 months or so I have been doing full body workouts and I have gained a lot of muscle and strength. My bench, squat, deadlift, and powercleans have jumped and I am just a whole lot stronger and bigger. The routine that 0311 listed would be very good for you to use. He gave me a similar one and I have been on it for around a month and I have already gained mass and strength. It would be real beneficial for you to give it a try for around a month or so and then sit down and look at you progress. Alright like I said I haven't been lifting for long but I know full body workouts with heavy weights work.
