Since everyone is giving the "tale of the tape"
I'm 6'0" 190lbs (yeah thats right lol) and I did a bit of experimenting and I don't grow on anything less than 5000 cals. At 6500 cals (my current diet) I gain about 2 lbs a week, probably about 1.5lbs muscle or more.
