Default Does weight lifting change your jaw structure

It seems buffer people generally also have a larger more defined jaw structure (a good thing)... is this due to the testosterone generated from lifting (more prominent chins have something to do with higher testosterone levels).

Or does weightlifting not really effect the face at all?
