Meal 1 9:00am
50 grams Carbohydrates
8 egg whites
3 whole eggs

Meal 2 11:00am
2 Scoops Whey Protein
2 tbsp olive oil

Meal 3 1:00pm
8 ounces chicken

Meal 4 3:00 pm
2 Scoops Whey Protein
2 tbsp olive oil

Meal 5 5:00pm
8 ounces chicken
50 grams carbohydrates

Post workout 7:00-7:30
2 servings Whey
50 carbohydrates

Meal 6 9:00-9:30
8 ounces chicken
3 grams flax seed oil
