Default any ideas?

Well i live in north east Pa we had a flood and my YMCA was flooded and they are recarpeting the whole place which leaves me w/o a gym for id say atleast 2 weeks the whole building is getting redone. I have a curl bar with 70lbs of weight..... so very limited to what I can do. For cardio I can still run up at the track and that should keep me pretty fit till it reopens, but I'd like to keep my muscles working. I mean I guess I could do pull-ups and push ups. But how many reps and sets of those would help me?
