Default Sandbag training

I could tell you that you could do the same stuff at home with the weight you have and just do circuits but I just want to give you a totally different idea.

I can't find the right site I want to post but it is very good and very inexpensive. see if you can get a bucket, a sand bag and maybe a old duffle bag from an army surplus store, the bag would be for curls and rows if you wanted, also if the bag you use breaks that's the last thing you want to happen if your doing over head press.

If you want to change some of the weight just dump it out in the bucket. I know you could get a 100lbs. bag or so.

What I would do, and going to do when I go on vacation to the beach , is do circuits and used the bag as weight. You can do:
rows,
floor press,
overhead press,
curls,
front squats,
lunges,
cleans,
deads,
upright rows,
farmers walks.

The list goes on forever, your imagination is your limit. I cant wait to try it out myself. For looking up information you can also use workouts that are used for kettle bells. If I find the sight I like, I'll post it.
