Yeah, it looks like you ate a lot more than you have before... good job. One thing I noticed though, most of the food you ate could really be high in fat. If you have the option, only eat the egg white and not the yolk. If you are going to eat sausage, wrap it in a paper towel to get rid of some of the greese (and 8g of protein isn't very much, a 6 oz chicken breast is close to 30g which is what you need). The burger you could have done without. It's good protein, but loaded with fat. Cheese is good for you, but in moderation. If you are going to eat a lot of cheese in one day, stick with lowfat cottage cheese. It's really low in calories and fat and good for protein as a quick snack, and it won't constipate you like regular cheese will. How big was the bagel? I'm sure it was probably white bread too, wasn't it? Try to start incorporating whole grain breads in your diet. And limit them during the day. Usually I'll only eat 2 slices of LIGHT whole wheat bread a day max. You're going to be getting lots of carbs from fruits and vegetables, so you dont' want to overdue the bread if you don't have to. And try if you can to eat protein in between meals. Don't give up.
