I don't see eating only the egg whites as kind of a waste, eggs are cheap as all hell. I have 12 for breakfast
Go to a store where they sell things in bulk (costco, price club, etc.) you can get like 7 and 1/2 dozen for $7 just about $1 a day on eggs which is pretty cheap considering the amount of protien you get from it.
Now just go back and calculate the totals for everything that your ate. Calories, protien, carbohydrates, fat, and then you can see where you stand.
