Listen...because this is my last post in this thread. Eat! check the stickies, but I'd recommend you get 1.5-2 grams of protein per pound of body mass (150lbs = 225-300grams protein daily) and roughly match that for carbs. I'm at 190lbs 15%BF and I'm intaking P 325 F 125 C 450 with a daily intake of 5000+ calories per day split up between 8 meals and 5 shakes. I don't expect you to match my numbers or anything but now you have a detailed example of what your shit should look like. If you can't eat enough then start to forcefeed small portions at the end of each meal and you will build up your eating capacity...its how I did it and I still have to do it at times. Goodluck.
