Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. I've been lifting since the early 1960's, and done many different variations over the course of the years, OL, PL, but mostly into sports fitnessthese days. I moderate the boards over at exrx.net and saw a msg come in last night with links to different sites. At first I thought it was the normal spa with links to heaven knows what, but it was legit. Thanks Trillian. Anyway, this was one of them, and I think this forum is a great source of info.
