I'm finally back from vacation, and let me say I got fat again. As of last weekend i was around 230lbs again. Its funny, i dieted for all that time, took 2 weeks off, and put all that wieght back on. To be honest I dont think its that big of a deal. I would venture most of it is water, and a few weeks clean eating will have me back down to 215-220lbs.
I started the UD2 yesterday, but I'm just feeling it out right now. I will start up another journal for that diet. As for this journal, I feel like i would have been better to end it with a few weeks eating maint. cals, but shit, stuffing my face on vacation was worth it.
