We trash as many sups as we recommend.

Knowledge speaks; wisdom listens? You really need to remove that.

Did I tell you to replace meat with whey protein? No. I told you whey protein would be a better choice for pre/post workout.

As for "it's got something in it that's not too good for you", you'll have to do better than that.
I do listen to people who research it,not bodybuilding sites that say they research it.thats my whole arguement and then some.I don't think everyones who's responded to this topic is an idiot, just ignorant and misinformed. And Don't condemn me for my signature, try it first b4 you say anything.and if this site trashes as many sups as you recomend, why is there an anabolic forum??do you think all of the articles, commercials, what your schools, and what people who work in the medical field tell you are all liars?I could easily pull up a huge ass list of steroid side effects in about 30 seconds or less.(Their are no safe steroids.)And no you never told me that it was a replacement for meat,I mentioned in the first post that I don't like takin crap I don't need to.And Whey is not better for a post workout, don't know where you get that from.I'm not or have directly offended any member in this topic, they feel offended about what I post and thats not my problem or my concern. And The FDA does not test bodybuilding supplements. You ever read that small label on the creatine bottle that says"not tested by the FDA"? like I posted last,if anyone has any "useful" advice that might help me please share.
