1) Only bad supps get bashed
2) I thought the topic was based on protein....not anabolics
3) Anabolics exist and people use them....might as well have a forum so people dont go and fuck themselves up by abusing the drug
4) Just because it isn't tested by the FDA doesn't mean it isn't safe
5) PWO shake is much more efficient ,in terms of getting to the muscle, than your 8 ounce hamburger
6) Vegetarians don't eat meat, so your "meat" diet won't work for them, supps are a good alternative for them
7) Type with your hands and not your ass
8) I AM NEITHER IGNORANT NOR MISINFORMED and this thread has offended me with your idiotic bs
9) Shut the f**k up!
