Default Help with my plan???

Btw Sorry for the horrific typing and spelling but it is like 1:30 in the morn.

Ok, I know I have posted some stupid things in the past but i've read up on somethings and have a couple real questions.
First off to give stats, age 18: weight 320: lifting 3 years: Anything else needed just ask
And before I ask Questions i will give some upfront info about what im doing.

Now to start the post. I am starting a fast(0 cal intake) for religious purposes.
To avoid questions no this is not going to change regardless of what any1 says and I dont know how long it will last. Now I have heard and experienced that not eating kills your strenth. For several reasons i will not bore you with.
What I want to do to try and avoid this is: work out 2 times a day, also take dry protiens and amino acids, and also a vitmin pill. I would like to keep as much strenth and muscle through this process as possible. Now im not oblious to the fact that I can't keep it all, but i would like to keep alot of it.
So I figure working out more and taking in some nutrients may help. I am also thinking about taking some kind of energy pill at least for the first week, simply because of the massive energy drop that is obtained in the first 3 days. This I hope will help me avoid large strenth looses to begin with.

But back to the work out I would like to try and work upper and lower once each day. This will be 5 days a week, most likely 2 hours a day. I know this is best thought of work out but I think it may help me keep my gains up. The first work out will be in the early morning(6:30-730am) the second will be later in the day after football practice most likely (7:30-8:30pm).

With the diet as I said 0 cal intake. For any1 not understanding Just Water. I am not adverst taking any supplements( like what ever cant think of any), If anyone could think of any that would help me out please post them.

Basicly What I am asking is; is there any way to keep the muscle and strenth(at least some of it) while in a fast. That is the best i can think of that would help me out at the time. If you could help me revise my plan or anything else just let me know please.
