Fasting will send you into a rediculous state of catabolism....working out while catabolic is even worse. Your fat cells will be used to an extent, but your muscle will be eaten as well. It is a bad idea to work your muscles (depleting them of nutrients, blah blah) if you cannot recharge them. I would stay out of the gym until the fast is over. My 2 pieces of copper.
