I would just go supplements happy lol, If amino acids are kool then use a shit load, and drink a huge shake of them throughtout the day. Have two servings of whey protien powder every 2-3 hours, take your vitamins, use some type of fish oil/flax oil, and maybe dextrose/maltodextrose as a carbohydrate source (If this stuff is ok that is)
I dont think youd be able to get your hands on a protein pill or if you did you have have to take like a million of them per serving
