Aight Ty alot for the answers. I do have a last question. You say i will loose muscle(I dont give a shit about muscle) I am Far More Interested In Strenth
people tend to think they are one and the same. Any1 of you know different. I really want to know if it will effect my strenth. I know my body will eat some of the muscle. And that is fine, That will happen no madder what if I work out or not. I really want to keep my strenth. I dont want to loose everything ive worked so hard for. That is why i want to work out so much. And Yes I am going to take aminos enough to maintain. Not worried about gains just maintaining. Yes I also understand That energy is important. But lets say I have a good portion of fat,(energy) after 3 days it will eat fat to get energy. My body wont really start chopping in on the muscle untill the fat starts getting thin will it??? I know its not 100% fat but it is mostly isnt it?? but agian dont care some much about muscle. I am much more worried about the strenth.
