I compared it to a couple other products I've used and it seemed to be higher in BCAA's...I can't get the actually breakdown of the BCAA's from the internet, but I will post the numbers that are printed on the bottle. I'm typically taking in 8-10 scoops (as opposed to 4 or 5). What is the ratio you mentioned? Is it the ratio of L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine? (looks like I have alot of reading to do for BCAA's )
