You're welcome of course. I can't find any mention of side-effects of BCAA's at any dose (no reported side effects). Most likely any extra will just be oxidized, used to make other aminos, stored as fat...
I have read of something to do with trytophan pathways is the brain(??)
I'm not sure if that had to do with supplementing leucine alone, for which there are theoretical dangers, or what. I DON't think it's a realistic concern but if I find it again I'll post.
