I also couldn't find any mention of side effects or dangers in the article...I will keep my research ongoing of course and learn as much as possible.

There is a blurb in the article mentioning that BCAA's and tryptophan compete for the same pathways. But from what I've read so far, I don't see any major concerns. The info would be appreciated if you can find it
