Actually, you're looking at the old program he made. This is the newer version:

Lower Day 1:
- Deadlift

Upper Day 2:
- DB Bench

- Pull-Up w/ weight

Lower Day 2:
- Squats
- SLDL
- Reverse Hyper/or Dimel Deadlifts
