All I see in that list is a a decent amount of protien, and a shit load of carbs. It is ANABOLIC in the sense that food is anabolic. But by no means is this anything special or related to steroids.

The problem I see with this is its not specificly telling you the types of carbs that are in there, it just says sugar. You would be better off getting some whey protien isolate, and mixing in your own dextrose/maltodextrine, or waxy maize starch.
