Colostrum (they mean bovine) is the pre-milk fluid produced from the mother's mammary glands during the first 72 hours after birth. Colostrum provides life-supporting immune and growth factors that insure the health and vitality of the newborn. It is claimed that these immunity and growth factors are beneficial to humans as well.

Plant Sterols: Campesterol, etc.
BIOCHEMISTRY : Chemically, phytosterols are vegetable analogues of cholesterol. Phytosterols are found in a variety of vegetables, including grains, nuts, seeds, and fruit. BTW, they MAY promote muscle growth, IF your muscles are made up of the vascular, liver, and kidney cells of a rat .

PHYSIOLOGY : Research has shown that phytosterols interfere with cholesterol absorption and thus prevent the rise in serum cholesterol. Clinical trials with humans showed that eating phytosterols reduced serum cholesterol levels. Phytosterols in addition reduce serum cholesterol by possibly inhibiting the intestinal reabsorption of circulating cholesterol.

Here is the pdr page on them:

Just some info to help...it looks like a pretty decent weightgainer but whether all the fancy added ingredients like colostrum, plant sterols, and herbs will really help any I don't know. More likely it'll just make it more expensive and you'd still be better off doing what HARDGAIN suggested.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
