HMMM....I actually think the most debated issue is whether glutamine does any good at all in the dosages that people normally take it. I have taken it and noticed I seem to get less colds or at least I thought so. I've never heard anything aboout them competing though.
When I used to use both post workout I would separate them a little. Creatine first and glutamine a little later but this was only cuz I wanted fast absorption and so didn't want to put too much into my stomach at once, i.e. I wanted to keep the mixture dilute.
