I agree with this 100% even though that is coming from a company who sells supplements, I think glutamine is definatly worth buying if you have some cash laying around (its not something you NEED) but its nice to have. I notice not feeling as soar after a workout, but I think you only get these results if you go on a high dosage.....5 grams will not cut it. And as eric mentioned it also helps the immune system

If you have any doubts about whether or not they combine together correctly why not just seperate them for the hell of it and don't worry about it....is it really required that you take the two together?
