SUNDAY: ME BENCH

Cardio Schedule/Protocol: LIGHT/MODERATE PACE JOG WHEN TIME ALLOWS.

Short Term Goal: CONTINUE BREAKING PERSONAL RECORDS/PROGRESSION

Long Term Goal: 400/500/600 (bench is already just about there, again)
