Training Schedule/Protocol: It will be 3 days a week and most likely changing from HST cutting to DC, to gain some mass.
Cardio Schedule/Protocol: I do Mixed Martial Arts 3-5 days a week for an average of 2.5 hours on any given day.
Short Term Goal: To gain about 5-10 lbs. of muscle.
Long Term Goal: To stay at a very lean 205 for competing in Grappling tournaments and maybe an MMA fight.
Supplement History: Many different protein powders, CEE, Pure Virtago, Nitrix, Citrulline Malate, Purple Wraath, Body Octane, LipoDerm-ULTRA, SesaThin, and maybe more but I can't think of it right now.
