That would give you less than 24 hours to carb load fully. But, you're only 173 pounds, so it could work provided you are able to EAT! I personally would rather start the carb load asap for the anabolic rebound.
Staying depleted for over 4 days has GOT to suck!
Is there any reason why you want the tension workout on Friday instead of Thursday?
