Well you have your goals in place now its just putting it all together. This one will be simple, go to every forum on this site and read al the stickys that interest you. By reading them you will be able to put together your training, diet and supps for sure. Theres a tons of great info on this site come up with something and post it up so then everyone can see what your plans are, you have to find something that intrests you.


Post up your stats ht, wt, age, training exp, diet and training program your doing now, and goals.
