So you guys aren't too worried about eating the carbs close to bed time then?
My PWO shake already has the immediate carbs/protein I need right when I get home so I know the immediate need is covered, I just want to tweak this last meal because of its timing. I guess I can always start off with a regular sized meal (carb wise) and if I find myself retaining too much from it I can cut the portions down.
