I'm cutting right now and I just time the meals a little different. I eat almost 450cals a night starting at 9:00PM and ending at 11:00. I just eat my post workout shake a little earlier and my last meal I take little bits till I go to bed. My dinner gets cold by the end but I don't care because I'm still dropping fat.
