THanks for the input 0311 i'll most likely end up doing that then....i was thinking for my long duration cardio switch it up between running, biking, and some swimming. And my HIIT would be sprints and then bike and stepper in thw winter. I was also thinking after i asked you about that, maybe switch it up: some days two low, some 1 low 1 high. what do you think?
