Triggey, I would normally agree with you. But this is in the fatloss forum, so I'm going with the assumption that JP wants to focus on fatloss here.
JP, going along with what triggey said, lifting wieghts burns cals too. So I would definately suggest you start wieght training if your not already. Look through the articles posted here. "how to cut" should be a good basis for what you want to do.
