SO the foods/ supps i hvae for everyday would be along these lines( not in any order rite now thats wut i need help with):

Tuna
Chicken breast
Steak
Vegetables
100% whey
egg whites
cottage cheese
oatmeal
flax seed oil
whole wheat bread
ground turkey
