Thanks 0311. I will probably be doing powercleans and deadlifts throughout the week for the rest of the school year. Since school is starting today and I'm in weightlifting I will have to follow whatever routine my teacher puts me on and last year we did bench, squat, powercleans, and deadlifts throughout the week. Atleast they are all compound movements. I'm looking forward to lifting soo much. I put on some muscle over the summer I can't wait to show off! LOL. People will probably be showing me up. But hey whatever. I just love to lift. Alrighty then thanks.
