I concure with 0311 on mixing it with more dextrose and grape juice would be better. As far as when to take the bcaa's (how much bcaa is in that Amino Fuel, btw?) I think you'd be better off taking it in pre-shake. BCAA's are good for protein synthesis but there is really no evidence that they, i.e. leucine are any better post than whey or carbs or both. However they are good for retarding fatigue (great along with citrulline malate) plus if you take them before have more of them available SOONER after the workout. Never underestimate pre workout nutrition.
